Refund Policy

At Leather Studio, we strive to provide high-quality leather products. However, if you receive a damaged, torn, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Return Policy:

  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns for reasons like fitting more items than specified (e.g., attempting to fit 14 cards in a wallet designed for 7) will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at customer.care@leatherstudio.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
